Gourmet Chef's prepare the cuisine true to form. Cajun
cooking is alive and well at the Bailey.
A Good Home-Cooked
Breakfast complete with Grits, Pancakes, and Fried Eggs returns
to Central Louisiana. With home-made biscuits, honey-cured
ham and bacon, omelets to order, along with fresh fruits and
juice, no one needs to look any further for an old-fashioned
breakfast.
For Lunch, plate lunches
with fresh vegetables daily will tickle the palate of even the
most discriminating. Our old-time preparation style with local
dishes changing daily will acquaint our visitors with our unique
Southern charm.
Dinner will be served by
experienced sauciers' and Chef's defining the elegance of Fine
Southern Dining. Meticulous menu preparation using the highest
quality beef, pork, and seafood provide our guests with
satisfaction guaranteed to please.
The Magnolia Room opens
for breakfast at 6 a.m. until 10. Lunch begins at 11 until
2. Dinner is served by Menu from 5 p.m. until 10.
Entertainment occurs
nightly in Zanga's, the hotel lounge. Named for a guest,
Professor Zanga, soothsayer and clairvoyant who stayed in
room 39 in 1925, authenticity is maintained as you step back in
time to true New Orleans flavor featuring Jazz,
contemporary and true Avoyelles Parish Music being performed
weekly.
